  • Policia e Durrësit ka arrestuar 29-vjeçari  Shpëtim Herri, i cili akuzohet për shpërndarje drogë dhe armëmbajtje pa leje, pasi iu gjet në makinë disa doza kokainë dhe një pistoletë dhe fishekë.

Njoftimi i policisë DurrësGoditet një tjetër rast i armëmbajtjes pa leje dhe shpërndarjes së drogave të forta.

Finalizohet operacioni policor i koduar “Nënkalimi”.

Qarkullonte me armë zjarri dhe me doza kokaine gati për shitje, arrestohet në flagrancë 29-vjeçari.

29-vjeçari i dënuar më parë në Gjermani, për trafikim të lëndëve narkotike.

Sekuestrohen një armë zjarri pistoletë dhe një sasi lënde narkotike kokainë.

Në vijim të punës për rritjen e parametrave të sigurisë, si rezultat i kontrolleve të shtuara për kapjen e personave më kërkim, atyre që qarkullojnë me armë zjarri me vete apo që ushtrojnë veprimtari kriminale në fushën e narkotikëve, specialistët për Hetimin e Narkotikëve, në bashkëpunim me Forcën Operacionale në DVP Durrës, bazuar në informacionet e marra në rrugë operative për një shtetas që qarkullonte me armë zjarri pa leje dhe ushtronte veprimtarinë kriminale të shprëndarjes së drogave të forta, organizuan dhe finalizuan operacionin policor të koduar “Nënkalimi”, në kuadër të të cilit u bë kapja dhe arrestimi në flagrancë i shtetasit:

Sh. H., 29 vjeç, banues në Maminas, Durrës, i dënuar më parë në Gjermani, për trafikim të lëndëve narkotike.

Në vendin e quajtur “Ura e Dajlanit”, shërbimet e Policisë kanë ndaluar mjetin tip “Volkswagen” me drejtues shtetasin Sh. H.

Gjatë kontrollit të automjetit me të cilin qarkullonte ky shtetas, Policia gjeti një armë zjarri, 1 krehër me 6 fishekë, lëndë narkotike të dyshuar kokainë dhe tre aparate celular, të cilat u sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale së bashku me automjetin tip “Volkswagen”.

Materialet i kaluan Prokurorisë së Rrethit Gjyqësor Durrës, për veprat penale “Armëmbajtja pa leje” dhe “Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve”.
