Prime Minister Mark Carney is heading to Sharm-El-Shiekh to attend the Gaza Peace Summit chaired by his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and U.S. President Donald Trump.
The Prime Minister’s office confirmed on Sunday afternoon that Carney will depart for Sharm el-Sheikh, to attend the signing of a Middle East peace plan.
Neither Israel or Hamas are expected to attend.
